Peter Driver the current Chairman of APGAI Ireland. He is a qualified casting instructor and an advanced qualified full time fly dresser. Peter has a fly tying and fly fishing business called Piscari-fly. He is based in Thomastown, Co Kilkenny, Ireland and he specialises in competition nymph fishing, Dry fly fishing, streamer fishing and pretty much any other method that can be used to catch trout in rivers and lakes.
Peter has competed and captained Ireland many times in World and European Fly Fishing Championships over the last 20 years, among other competitions across the World. Over the years he has achieved National River and Lake Titles and a large selection of top place finished in competitions across Ireland and Europe.
Peter has travelled a lot and learned a lot from some of the best anglers in the World.
As Peter says it is through this travelling the fishing World while studying and gaining vast experience in the ever developing sport of fly-fishing he has an in-depth knowledge that he wants to share.
