Advanced Single & Double Handed Casting Instructor
From Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, Brian was a superb Casting Instructor in both of our disciplines. He enjoyed sharing his casting expertise and techniques with beginners and Brian also mentored candidates preparing for entry in to APGAI Ireland. His warm and engaging personality contributed to his success in teaching both beginners and experts.
Brian’s extensive knowledge extended far beyond the realms of fly-fishing and there was little about Irish and World history both ancient and modern which he did not know and he again loved to share this with the public.
Brian enjoyed his attendance at Shows and Fairs on behalf of APGAI Ireland and never failed to entertain and instruct us all. An expert with either a shotgun or fly rod, he was a familiar face on many a river, forest or moor.
