Glenda has been teaching fly casting and fishing techniques for 30 years, she is one of the most experienced and highest qualified fly casting instructors in the world having achieved both the APGAI-Ireland Double handed and Single handed certifications to the highest levels. Catering for all levels of ability from the complete beginner to the seasoned caster in both single and double handed techniques, Glenda is a natural teacher with a gentle approach to helping people through some of the more difficult steps on the way to becoming a proficient caster and angler. While based at Blackwater Salmon Fishery and running many fly fishing courses in Ireland, Glenda also travels the world hosting trips & delivering fly fishing courses in locations such as Patagonia, Iceland, Greenland, Scotland and Norway and is invited to demonstrate fly casting techniques at many shows worldwide each year.
